1. How long will it take to receive my mug?
You want your mug ASAP, we get it! Our shipping game is strong—most orders ship within 2-3 business days, and you’ll have your mug in hand in about 4-8 days (depending on where you’re sipping from).
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Who doesn’t love free shipping? We offer free shipping on orders over $49. So, grab a couple more mugs for your collection (or for that friend who steals yours) and enjoy that sweet freebie.
3. What if my mug arrives broken?
Sad day! If your mug shows up broken or not looking its best, just snap a pic and send it to us at support@lovemuggies.com. We’ll send a replacement faster than you can reheat your coffee (again).
4. Can I return or exchange my mug?
Not vibing with your new mug? No worries, we’ve got a Good Vibe Guarantee. If you’re not 100% in love with it, just let us know within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll sort out a return or exchange—no awkward questions asked.
5. Are your mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes, queen! All our mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe because we know you’ve got better things to do than handwash or deal with lukewarm coffee. (Unless you're into handwashing, no judgment—it's just very un-grandma-like behavior).
6. What size are your mugs?
Our standard mugs hold a cozy 11 oz of your favorite brew, but we also offer 15 oz options for when you need extra caffeine to tackle the day. Check each product page for size details—you’ll always know what you’re getting.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally.
