1. Got 30 Days? You’re Good.

You have 30 days from the day your mug lands at your doorstep to decide if it’s a keeper. If it’s not giving you those good vibes, no worries—we’ll happily accept it back. Just make sure it’s unused and in its original condition.

2. How Do I Start a Return?

Just shoot us a quick email at support@lovemuggies.com with your order number and a little note letting us know what’s up. We’ll get back to you faster than your tea cools down with simple instructions on what to do next.

3. Shipping Costs? Let’s Chat.

If the return is because we messed up (our bad!), we’ll cover the shipping costs. If you’re just having a change of heart, you’ll be responsible for getting the mug back to us. Either way, we’ll make the process as smooth as your morning brew.

4. Refunds: Quick & Painless
